I think Facebook is fantastic, because you can create a fan page (I did!). A blog is a must, because you can add so many tips and you'd be surprised by the fans that you get. I just learned this week that I have regulars, but they don't subscribe or comment, they just return often. Pretty cool. Seattle is experiencing a record heat wave, a dog walker I know gave me excellent tips to post in a blog on how to keep your dog cool. Those are things that clients will check out and appreciate.
